PCU Powertrain Control Unit

During cleaning up my study room, I have found a very old PCU which my project team has developed for Hyundai's A-segment sedan in 2007. This is the scrap after PCB heat-up test, the burnt damage can still be seen in the copper connection between PCB and connector.

Nowdays, the size of control unit is much smaller than this one and number of integrated functions are tens of times increased. It is only a good memory when I was a young engineer.
