Automotive Production by Country
Since 2007 China has grown with rocket speed. In the other hand US has given their leadership in automotive market to China with the financial crisis. Last year 2013 the production volume of US is just half of that of China. Japan shows a similar pattern as US but the recovery speed is much slower than US.
One thing should be reminded is this data is only for an overview for work place of the country. To check the profit or revenue of the country has nothing to do with this data because most of the countries below in the table have automotive manufacturers from other countries. To check those, we need to see the production data by OEMs.
